How to take sunlight charged water, I found a new modern techniques

Hi All,

Many times due to our daily schedule, we often forget to take sunlight. I found a very good point as to why we should take sunlight. The story begins when I was roaming in my office garden carrying a bottle of water. The water bottle was transparent. I kept it in the sunlight and took a walk.
After I got sweaty, I drank that water and found myself very energetic and strong. I wonder how this is happening. I realised that the water got charged by sunlight. Have you ever done this?
I believe that modern culture stores the water in the pot for many days and that water becomes discharged, attracting many pollutants, bacteria and many other things which cause disease nowadays. By charging the water by this technique will help you maintain vitamin b12 and overcome vitamin D deficiency from the body.
What do you think? Should I start following the practice of charging the water early in the morning? If anybody has any view on this, please let me know in the comment box.
