6 Symptoms of Toxic Stress, How to Avoid It, and Best Practices

6 Symptoms of Toxic Stress, How to Avoid It, and Best Practices for Mental Wellness

Dear Reader,

In today’s fast-paced world, stress has become an unwelcome companion for many. Whether it’s due to work, relationships, or life’s uncertainties, stress can easily escalate and transform into something more serious: toxic stress. Toxic stress is more than just feeling overwhelmed; it’s a prolonged state of physical and emotional distress that can have profound effects on your health. In this letter, I will address the 6 symptoms of toxic stress, why it happens, how to avoid it, and the best practices for managing it.

What is Toxic Stress and Why Does it Occur?

Toxic stress refers to intense, long-lasting stress that affects your body and mind, often triggered by traumatic or highly stressful situations. Unlike regular stress, which can be a natural response to challenges and can help motivate you to take action, toxic stress overwhelms the body’s ability to cope. It may arise from experiences like constant workplace pressure, financial difficulties, abusive relationships, or unresolved trauma. When stress lingers, it disrupts normal bodily functions, releasing stress hormones like cortisol at unhealthy levels. This state can severely affect your physical and mental health.

I believe recognizing toxic stress is the first step toward managing it effectively, before it is too late. I have listed the below, the all of them are the most common symptoms found.

  1. Chronic Fatigue
Toxic stress often leaves individuals feeling perpetually tired, even after rest. This exhaustion can stem from the body being in a constant state of fight-or-flight, depleting its energy reserves.
How to Avoid: Incorporating relaxation techniques such as yoga, deep breathing, or even short power naps can help re-energize your mind and body.
  2. Physical Ailments
You may begin to experience frequent headaches, digestive issues, muscle tension, or even chest pain. These are warning signs that your body is bearing the brunt of your stress.
How to Avoid: Regular physical activity and maintaining a balanced diet can help alleviate these symptoms. Engaging in light exercise like walking or swimming also boosts endorphins, improving your mood and reducing stress.
  3. Difficulty Sleeping (Insomnia)
Sleep issues are common with toxic stress. Racing thoughts, anxiety, and restlessness can make it difficult to fall asleep, leading to insomnia and fatigue.
How to Avoid: Developing a consistent sleep routine and limiting screen time before bed can improve sleep quality. You might also try techniques like mindfulness meditation to calm your mind before bedtime.
  4. Emotional Instability
When toxic stress accumulates, emotional health deteriorates. You may notice increased irritability, mood swings, or difficulty controlling anger. Simple situations may trigger disproportionate emotional reactions.
How to Avoid: Identifying emotional triggers and practicing stress-relief methods such as journaling or talking to a trusted friend or therapist can provide emotional release.
  5. Cognitive Decline
One of the lesser-known symptoms of toxic stress is its impact on cognitive function. Memory problems, confusion, and trouble concentrating are all warning signs.
How to Avoid: To protect your cognitive health, consider brain-boosting activities like puzzles or reading. Regular breaks and stepping away from stress-inducing environments are crucial for mental clarity.
  6. Social Withdrawal
Toxic stress may cause you to withdraw from friends, family, and social activities. It’s common to feel overwhelmed and isolated, which only worsens the issue.
How to Avoid: Maintaining social connections is vital. Scheduling regular catch-ups with loved ones or joining community activities can help combat feelings of isolation.

Filmy4you | I watched 1 movie more than 100 times

A heartfelt tale of falling in love, being Filmy4you, inspired by movies and the dream of impressing someone special. A story of youthful passion, imagination, and unrequited love.
Hello Dear All, I hope you are going well.
What I tell you when I fall in love with her, just to being a "filmy4you"
filmy4you I became to impress you, I saw movie to learn the styles,
I became filmy4you and skipped all my studies for a while.

filmy4you I became to imagine you with me like exactly what happens in the movie,
I keep watching you, in my dream we used to dance together my dear Juhi.

Since my childhood, I wanted to become a hero,
just to impress you to get a smile,
To shade some extra fats from my body, I run miles.

I was being filmy4you just to achieve you smile,
I fight with others and police registered many files,
I watch the same movie 100 times,
But, why you didn't looked at me even 1 times?

By talking to each other, we could be the best friend,
trekking to nearest hills on picking and being filmy4you,
But I could see your interest in someone and feeling my the end.

My 24 hours of fasting and benefits

24 hours fasting benefits

When you undergo a 24-hour fast, your body experiences a series of metabolic changes as it adapts to the lack of food. I found major health benefits, I can’t express my gratitude in words. Thank you God for my inner healing. Here’s what happens to my body during this period of 24 hours without food. I kept myself enough hydrate, almost 4-5 litres of water during the day.

It was really great to begin that It is already last day of Navratri. I had always craze about going no food for all the nine nights of Navratri. However, I found it very difficult last year during the same time. However, this year I dared it finally, now completely without meal for the entire nine navratri nights but here what I decided.

I planned my nine days of meal of the day at sunset or after sunset. I usually had my dinner around 7:50 PM to 8:15 PM. However, most of the time I finished my dinner at around max 8:30 and let me tell you what a great time it was. Today, I am writing and tomorrow is my last day of fasting.

24 hours without food | Fasting Health benefits

1. Early Hours (0-6 Hours)

Normal Digestion: For the first few hours, I feel my body body is still digesting and absorbing nutrients from my last meal, I used to get thirsty at bed times. Blood sugar levels remain relatively stable as my body uses glucose for energy. This happens around, within the first 2-3 hours, the exactly when I woke up for the first few days.

2. 6-12 Hours (The most difficult time and difficult to resist and control hunger)

Glycogen Depletion: As I pass after around 6-12 hours of fasting, my body starts to deplete its glycogen stores (stored carbohydrates) in the liver and muscles. This glycogen is broken down into glucose to maintain blood sugar levels and supply energy.

Slight Fat Burning Begins: You may feel better and no hunger noted. As I experienced, glycogen stores deplete, the body starts to shift towards using fat for energy. It is a time when I feel energetic. Moreover, I found my body’s responding rate spike, it was full functioning body parts like brain, eyes, etc. Also, I felt improvement in eye sights, restored multi-tasking ability and complete stress free.

3. 12-24 Hours: During this time, I had to keep myself hydrated

Increased Fat Burning: After 12-16 hours of fasting, the body ramps up fat burning to use fatty acids as an energy source. The liver also starts producing ketones, which can be used by the brain and other organs as fuel. So Why do you need food?

Improved Insulin Sensitivity: Insulin levels drop, which helps improve insulin sensitivity, making the body more efficient at using glucose when food is consumed again. It is one of the best natural way to improve insulin sensitivity. At this time, no hunger noted. Some may feel headache, nervousness, or dizziness. However, proper intake of water may recover all the signs.

3. Cellular Repair (Autophagy): If you reach to this level, oh my God, you finally achieve repairing. All the damage parts inside of you starts repairing. Autophagy, a process where the body removes damaged cells and regenerates new ones, is believed to kick in. This cellular “cleanup” may have potential anti-aging benefits and improve overall health.

4. Hormonal Changes: It maintains to keep the natural God gifted changes

Growth Hormone Increase: Fasting can trigger a significant increase in growth hormone production, which supports fat burning, muscle preservation, and tissue repair. I will also keep this article updated or other important links of the article at the bottom. Especially, the changes after 15 days from now.

Lower Insulin Levels: As insulin levels decrease, your body becomes more efficient at burning fat and may experience enhanced metabolic health. It also help you make your morning rituals at its best.

Mental and Physical Effects: Recognizable Changes including Better sleep and Memory

Mental Clarity

Some people report improved mental clarity and focus after fasting for several hours, likely due to the brain’s use of ketones for energy.

Energy Fluctuations

You may initially feel low energy or hunger pangs, but as your body switches to fat as its primary fuel, energy levels may stabilize.

Hunger

As I told you, you may feel hunger usually peaks during the first 12 hours but tends to subside as your body adapts to fasting. You will feel better, energetic, fee of thoughts and stree-free.

Potential Benefits of a 24-Hour Fast

  • Improved Metabolic Health: Enhanced insulin sensitivity and fat burning.
  • Cellular Repair: The body undergoes autophagy, potentially improving longevity.
  • Mental Clarity: Increased focus and cognitive function.
  • Weight Loss: Fasting helps create a calorie deficit, aiding in fat loss.

As always, if you’re considering fasting, it’s important to listen to your body, keep enough hydrated, almost 4 to 5 litres of water and if you feel uncomfortable, consult with a healthcare professional, especially if you have underlying health conditions.

Movierulz 2024 Download: Addressing the Issue of Movie Piracy

To Dear All,

I hope this letter finds you well. Today, I would like to bring attention to a significant issue that continues to plague the entertainment industry—movie piracy. A prime example of this is Movierulz, a public torrent website notorious for leaking pirated versions of movies online for download. This website provides illegal access to films across multiple languages, including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, English, Malayalam, and many more. Despite the efforts made by the government to curb such piracy, websites like Movierulz continue to operate, offering the public free access to pirated films.

People on Movierulz downloaded highest amount of movies in 2024

In 2024, Movierulz has become infamous for its ability to upload films from various industries, often on the same day of their official release. These films are made available in multiple formats, from low-quality cam prints to high-definition versions, offering viewers easy access to movies that they would otherwise have to pay for. While some might view this as a way to access entertainment without cost, it is important to remember the damage this does to the filmmakers, actors, and the entire production team involved in the creation of these films.

Lack of government interest on Movierulz piracy?

The government has implemented strict anti-piracy laws in an attempt to prevent the illegal distribution of films. However, despite these efforts, piracy websites like Movierulz have found ways to evade restrictions and continue their operations. This persistent issue raises a crucial question: why has the fight against piracy been so difficult? One reason could be the high demand for free access to movies, which encourages such websites to keep running despite the legal repercussions. However, it’s important to note that piracy is not a victimless crime. The film industry loses millions in revenue every year because of illegal downloads, which directly impacts the livelihood of everyone involved in the production process.

Furthermore, production houses and actors have been vocal about their concerns regarding piracy. They have consistently urged the public to refrain from using illegal means to watch films. By watching pirated films, viewers are not only breaking the law but also disrespecting the immense effort, creativity, and investment that goes into making a movie. These pleas are not just about financial losses but also about preserving the integrity of the art form. The movie-watching experience is best enjoyed in theatres, where the audience can truly appreciate the film as intended by the creators.

Piracy websites like Movierulz

Piracy websites like Movierulz not only harm the film industry but also pose a risk to users who download content from them. These sites often host malicious ads or malware, which can compromise the security of a user’s device. It is important for the public to be aware of these risks and to understand that supporting piracy comes with potential personal consequences.

Movierulz may offer free content

In conclusion, we must recognize the serious impact of movie piracy and take a stand against it. Websites like Movierulz may offer free content, but they do so at the expense of the film industry and its artists. We should support creators by watching films in legal, authorized formats—be it in theatres or through legitimate streaming platforms. The survival of the film industry depends on our collective responsibility to value the art and the hard work behind it.

Disclaimer: This content is for reference purposes only. The website does not support or promote piracy in any manner. It is important to respect intellectual property rights and the laws that protect them.

Sincerely,

Why Indian traditional chapati and Phulka is my favorite food?

flatbread on wooden plate | Roti: Traditional chapati, roti and Phulka with clarified butter Photo by dhiraj jain on Pexels.com
Photo by dhiraj jain on Pexels.com

Roti is my favorite Indian food and must be in my lunch. India is a multicultural country and has many shapes for making roti and chapati. In India, making chapati or roti is a unique skill that every woman possesses.

When you visit any restaurant in India, you hardly find chapati but Indian rotis that are made of white flour. It is also called maida. In restaurants, most popular vegetarian dishes are served with butter chapati. However, butter rotis and naan are also popular among young people these days.

There are many types of chapati, but one that I have known since my childhood is a traditional chapati without oil. It goes well with any dry vegetable like Bhendi, Baingan Bharata, Daal fry etc. I enjoy lunch when I travel to my cotton field farm, which runs across 3 acres with a water well. I always get hungry after trekking around hills and burning so many calories.

I have also seen people love fried chapati, in Maharashtrian restaurants and hotels, it is called  Puri is served with bhaji. Therefore, together they are served as Puribhaji. It tastes awesome at breakfast. This is one of the famous dishes in India. Many foreign visitors come to India, and it becomes their favorite food. Every chapati or roti from a neighbor tastes unique but delicious.

Nutritional value of Chapati (wheat roti)

  • Carbohydrates
  • Protein
  • Fiber
  • Vitamins
  • Minerals

Chapati, also known as roti, is a traditional Indian flatbread made from whole wheat flour. It is a staple food in many Indian households and is commonly consumed as part of meals. The nutritional value of chapati can vary depending on its size and thickness, but here is a general overview of its nutritional composition. My mom makes soft chapati with 60 grams of dough, which is round and perfectly goes with all types of vegetables and daal.

Carbohydrates: Chapati is primarily composed of carbohydrates, specifically complex carbohydrates from the whole wheat flour. These carbs provide energy and are a good source of dietary fiber.

Protein: Chapati contains a moderate amount of protein, again derived from the whole wheat flour. Protein is essential for building and repairing body tissues. I believe that vegetables have more protein than non-vegetables. We are all vegetarians, and it is always good for our health. It causes a lower number of diseases and keeps the overall body healthy.

Fiber: Whole wheat flour used in chapati contains dietary fiber, which is beneficial for digestive health. Fiber helps regulate bowel movements, prevents constipation, and may help lower cholesterol levels. If you want to add more fiber to your diet, chole is the best. Chole bhature is one of the most famous street foods in India.

Vitamins: Chapati is a good source of B vitamins, including thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), and folate (B9). These vitamins play crucial roles in energy production, metabolism, and maintaining a healthy nervous system.

Minerals: Chapati provides minerals such as iron, magnesium, phosphorus, and potassium. Iron is essential for oxygen transport in the body, while magnesium, phosphorus, and potassium are involved in various physiological processes, including bone health, muscle function, and electrolyte balance. Make sure you avoid drinking too much RO water. It removes all the minerals from the body as well as from the existing food.

It’s important to note that the exact nutritional content of chapati can vary based on the recipe, preparation method, and specific brand or type of whole wheat flour used. Additionally, any additional ingredients like ghee (clarified butter) or oil used for cooking can contribute additional calories and fat. The best flour for chapati is wheat flour.

Wheat flour is also used with other flours like bajari, sorghum to make multigrain phulka chapati with butter. It tastes delicious and has important nutritional value. My mother used to make homemade roti, but she used wheat flour instead of white flour. India eats 60% more chapati and roti than rice, except for South Indians.

Hello All! Read Letter to my wife, Swati on her birthday

I still remember the day when I saw you for the first time, it was one of my favourite months, February, 2016. I still laugh at me thinking, “was it really necessary to do shaving now, I’m getting late dude?” I asked myself looking at a broken, an old mirror in the typical Indian hair saloon. I was afraid if he could make any cuts to my face skin. “Brother, do it slowly, I’m not at all in hurry). It was all that has happened a few minutes before I saw you for the first time.

That day, like a hero I made my entry almost late with heavily pounding heart, being thoughtful and carrying countless curiosity. Thus, to know whom I was about to meeting. For a while, I thought, I am sitting in the ‘White House’ it was that silence in my heart, I couldn’t hear anything but spying at your grand entry. While others were having ‘kanda pohe’ a well known breakfast in Maharashtra. The hot waft of Poha made me comfortable, slowing down the rhythm of my heart and asured me that the girl I am going to see in the next minutes is skilled homemaker. I didn’t know that those moments could seized forever. Therefore, those moments becomes lifetimes archives, the gallery of our memories.

Dear Swati,

You have given me so much in life, your countless contributions in shaping and developing me aren’t less than a billion dollars appreciation. I have never thought of name, Swati could be my lifetime companion ever in my past before we met. This life since then became yours instead having our fighting, arguing, bad communication, misunderstanding and so on.

However, my heart accepted it happily, I accept that we learn every step and stages of our life. When I started learning about the numbers, I had never thought that number 1 and 9 could sail in the same boat.

Once I had read that number 9 people are so bossy and short temper, they need according to them and at the same time, they are universal lover. And thus, I am glad that I found you.

I know that the life is an experiment, experiences and it proved that adding 1 to 9 becomes number 1. Yes, we both are now number one, made for each other.

I couldn’t imagine this life without you, your morning tea, tasty food, your concerns on phone calls, arguments, suggestions and being bossy tone to me. I learnt living with it.

I will always make your to be a good husband, father, brother, friend and son of my parents and in this journey your immense partnership and advice is very crucial. I hope we will always walk together to make this life more beautiful than it is today.

This is a Really Healthier Way of Living, Meet A Japanese Naked Hermit

There are many things we have forgotten due to this hectic life that gives constant stress. Here is person I read recently, Meet Japanese man Masafumi Nagasaki.

Masafumi Nagasaki bid his old home in the city a final farewell before heading back to continue his 30-year journey to Sotobanari Island in the Sakishima islands.

Why did he leave the city and love living on the island at the age of 87? The main reason behind it is his love for nature, health and modern civilization. His love is only one, and that is Sotobanari Island, explore his lifestyle and health secret.

This is a Really Healthier Way of Living, Meet A Japanese Naked Hermit

The island is tiny, about a thousand yards of vegetated land without running water. And, it has one human inhabitant, he is Nagasaki. He is now an eighty-two-year-old man. His full name is Masafumi Nagasaki. He has been there for almost three decades. His distinguished journey started in 1989 and ended in 2018. The reason behind the end of his journey in 2018 was that he was found ill lying on the shore, found by police. A few months ago, a coronavirus outbreak occurred. He was unable to resist the police, and they admitted Nagasaki to a nearby hospital. He was first featured by Vice News as “Japan’s Naked Island Hermit”.

Sotobanari island is nearly, 2000 km from Tokyo. Nagasaki thinks that in this crowded world, it is difficult to learn a new thing daily. He has his tent on the island, and his most favourite activities are like roaming in the jungle, listening to his favourite channels on the radio, fishing, and doing some yoga. For living, he gets his groceries by boat. It is his family that sends him around $10,000. Isn’t this love enough for an old man from his family? They have given such freedom to an old man. Masafumi keeps his groceries in the glass bottles and covers them with cotton clothes to avoid further mice attacks.

The modern lifestyle keeps us from visiting doctors at least once a year and varies as per the patient to patient and mostly depends upon his or her immune system. However, Nagasaki has already lived there for three decades without a doctor’s assistance and consultation. What surviving techniques he has developed are recommendable to everyone. In Indian Vedic literature, one of the techniques of Nagasaki is popular. Therefore, no one hardly uses it in urban societies. Most of the experts say that through eating, many people get sick. Thus, what Nagasaki uses as a trick to avoid getting sick is simple and easy.

His daily gargle habits win him every time. He also claims that he does gargle when someone visits him, as well as when visiting a new place on the island. Salt water saved him many times from getting sick. However, gargling with seawater is what he used to do. Therefore, we can also adapt this practice whenever we return from shopping or return back to home. We must follow this exercise. We can’t get seawater, but we can easily make salt water at home.

I’m better off without any medicine

Masafumi Nagasaki

Nagasaki believes that if you start having something, you end up relying on it. If there is a medicine to cure a particular disease, then we rely on medicine. Everyone knows that depending on medicine has adverse effects on the human body. It is best to avoid it. This nude hermit does not take any medicine, and clean without any viruses except his recent hospitalization in 2018

When Nagasaki was a young man, he worked as a photographer. This creative gene had come to him as his father was a well-known photographer too. He was the eldest son in his family. But why did he quit photography? It has a hidden meaning. However, he has revealed the secret behind why he stopped clicking the photographs. In the interview with Vice News, he told the correspondent the facts. He still remembers the last day he gave up photography. It was on August 9th. The day of the atomic bombing of Nagasaki The 9th August is celebrated as the Anniversary of Nagasaki to promote peace politics and raise awareness of the effects of the bomb attack.

Furthermore, what was his reason for leaving beautiful modern societies behind and deciding to live on the island? He also revealed that fact to us. In his adulthood, he used to travel by plane. He could see Seto Island from the sea like someone painted it with waste. This was back 20 years ago. Now it has muddy lines. Industrial pollutants are one of the major sources of pollution, according to Musafumi. When he was back in his city during the coronavirus, he couldn’t adjust himself to his congested room because of the area of the limited feet. He also used to walk on the road to pick up the garbage. He soon realized that this was not a place he wished to live in. Thus, he soon took a final farewell to his native place and flew back to his island with the help of his best friend, Jun Aoki.

The most important thing in everyone’s life is peace, and thus, Nagasaki was searching for the one. After his extensive research, he finally found his dream place until he dies, which is the one and only Sotobanari island, where peace would be his companion forever. When Nagasaki eats fish, oysters, or something like that, he always apologizes. However, it is not a sin; it is natural providence. Therefore, human call it “nature’s blessing” However, Nagasaki says, it is not. It is a life you are eating.

Nagasaki is the one who has rare human qualities. One could find a helping and caring attitude toward nature. We, as humans, must find something with unique qualities that could help both man and nature.

  • Increased Risk of Chronic Diseases: There is evidence linking childhood stress to an increased risk of chronic health conditions such as diabetes, obesity, and cardiovascular diseases in adulthood.

Shortened Lifespan: The cumulative effects of toxic stress may contribute to a shorter lifespan due to the increased risk of health issues throughout life.

7. Inter-generational Transmission

Cycle of Adversity: Children who experience toxic stress may be more likely to perpetuate the cycle of adversity, passing on the effects to the next generation.

Addressing toxic stress requires a holistic approach, involving supportive relationships, early intervention, and community resources to mitigate its impact on children’s well-being. Early identification and intervention are crucial for preventing or minimising the long-term consequences of toxic stress on children.
